exploitation of real talent. Some really talented stylists work here however tip them well because their owners are keeping way to much of the profit. These are trained professionals who spent time and good money to go to school to learn their trade. Yet the owners of this salon see fit to only guarantee them minimum wage! In order for them to make anything over they must hit a sales of service goal that is outrageous. The family who owns these shops including the other ones in Greensburg and Latrobe should be ashamed of themselves. they are straight up thieves!
