Poor Customer Service and increasing prices/less food. Many individulas in our neighborhood frequently ordered take out meals from this establishment- the food was good- and the prices were reasonable. Prices have been climbing since they opened- and LESS food is provided for the price. Dinners USED TO include salads and a loaf of bread... this no longer occurs. They DO give you 2 slices of dried up Italian Bread with take out dinners- salad is now .extra.

They REFUSE to deliver child portions of food- which makes no sense- if we are ordering 2 adult meals- why can we not order a child portion for our kids? An employee told me that the owner came up with this "rule" because he was angy at a ccutomer who was tired of price increases, and threatened to order "kids meals"! LOL.

They are arrogant and non flexible.. if you want spaghetti instead of penne with your chicken Parm, you will be out of luck! Try to ask for it... and see their response... it will SHOCK you! They will even charge you for a very small amount of "Parmesan shake cheese" if you ask for it on a take out order!

Arrogance and poor customer service such as this will not lead to success... people are getting tired of the "attitude" and are now ordering from Monte Cello's (longer delivery times- but very flexible and concerned about customer satisfaction)- which means a lot!
