Fantastic Gym for Athletes in Greensburg! Very Professional. I walked into New Age Fitness and could immediately tell this was a quality facility for athletes. The entire floor was rubberized (along with some rubberized weight plates) which meant some heavy lifting was occuring. The gym was equipped with a full range of kettlebells, dumbbells, free weights and cardio equipment. It also had many unique items that you will not find in your average gym. These include heavy ropes, wall mounted timer for fitness challenges, hanging rope to climb across, heavy bags to carry and more. If you take a look outside, you will see that there is a full assortment of various sized tires for flipping, a sled to drag with areas to add weight and boxes for depth jump/plyos.

The owner/trainer was very friendly and knowledgable. He was enthusiastic about the fitness field and stated his enjoyment of training young athletes. Furthermore, he allowed me to test out some of his equipment.

If you are looking to have access to a gym where you or your children can become stronger, faster and overall more athletic, with the assistance of excellent equipment and a devoted trainer, than give New Age Fitness a call.
