PATHETIC. My recent unfortunate experience with the photo department, is the reason why I will not return to this store or to any other Walgreen store. I had placed an order there, and was promised to receive it on a certain date, and the order was lost. I wasn't given any explanation, the 'managers' I spoke with didn't have a clue, didn't seem concerned, etc.. I even wrote to the administrative office, and heard nothing at all back. This makes it obvious they do not care anything about providing good customer service, or about customer feedback. I am going back to CVS and Rite Aid.....
