No place better. An true asset to the community.. I'm so happy living here! My apartment is beautiful. I have great neighbors. It is wonderfully peaceful.

Management is attentive. Maintenance is responsive.

Very nice building. As a newcomer to Pittsburgh, I was given less the 2 weeks to relocate, settle in, and start my new position at a major city hospital. I am greatful I found Deaktor Development. The leasing agent & management team were incredibly helpful and took all of my stress away. They made my process so easy and even made sure the utility company and cable/phone service were assisted so I was not without either at move-in. My apartment is so beautiful. Everything inside is exceptional. I highly recommend this company.
