I went to this Crazy Mocha location (PPG Place) a couple of times. SOME of the staff do not know what customer service is. I did not show my discount ID card to the girl before she made my drink and before she totaled my order in the cash register. I showed it to her after she made my drink, but before I paid her. She was still very against giving me a discount for a $3.25 cup of chai tea latte just because I did not show her it until the end. I sensed this because of her bad attitude. I asked her, "Is there a problem?" She said, "No, just show your discount ID card to me before I make your drink and before I total your order in the cash register next time because I will hear about this from my manager. " I said, "Ok, I understand." After, I was still very nice to her. I said to her, "Have a nice day." She still had a bad attitude. She did not say anything to me. She did not thank me for my business. Thanking customers for their business is what makes them come back to do business. She just wanted to take the next customers order. I do not go to this location anymore.
