they fixed fast and for a fair price. Let me start off by saying that I was very impressed with the good customer service over the phone, which is what compelled me to come in for an appointment to take care of my laptop. I don't know much about computers, but what I do know is that they aren't supposed to randomly shut down when you are using them. Mine kept shutting down when I was watching movies or playing games. And they fixed fast and for a fair price.

Great Job on my furnace. I went to kick on my furnace the other morning only to find there was no hot air and that I couldn't get the pilot to stay light. My knowledge of furnaces is very limited and i wanted to make sure I got it working before it started getting really cold. I called South Hills Electric Heating and Cooling the guy they sent out was extremely professional and knowledgeable, he did his best to explain what was wrong w my unit. Long story short my heater is now working great and I'm ready for the winter...bring it on!

Inflated Prices for parts & labor. I paid $89 for service visit, then was charged AN ADDITIONAL $355.90 to replace and install an air pressure sensing switch (about a $50 part) which took all of an hour (at most) of the tech's time. Called to complain about the high cost, but told that "that is the price of doing business".

Yes, the techs are friendly and they are able to get to you same day, BUT YOU WILL PAY for it.

Real disappointed in SHE, as I have used them in the past too. Feel like I was ripped off.

Extraordinary Business. I called South Hills Electric because my air conditioning wasn't running properly. They sent a technician out right away to diagnose the problem.

The technician noticed that my a/c was very old and suggested that I have a new one put in. I was a little uneasy at first but I decided to have it done because I had heard that new air conditioning systems save money in the long run.

South Hills Electric was very flexible; willing to meet the needs of my hectic schedule. They had a brand new a/c put in at a fair and affordable price and now my home is colder than ever inside and I'm already noticing a BIG difference in my electric bill!
