New Locks. Okay, so I finally got some new locks installed to my house. I was very pleased. Me and my husband was so upset because when we first bought the house we didn't know what or why the locks wouldn't lock. So we finally moved in and replaced them. All thanks to Pittsburgh #1 Locksmith!!

new window locks for the whole house. I had a lot of concerns about the windows in my daughters room. The locks are low enough that she can open it herself and I'm afraid she could fall through the screen. So we put a card board there to block the whole window. It loks tacky so we decided to get new locks installed, on ALL the windows in the house. Thanks for doing that for us, they look great !

Great Service. Last night I was cleaning. I didn't notice this when it happened but my 3 year old boy went inside of main bathroom and locked himself in. It took me about 10 minutes to finally find him in there. I was so afraid. The more I asked him and walked him through getting the door open the more he panic. I was so afraid. I quickly got on the internet and searched for a locksmith nearby. I finally called Pittsburgh # 1Locksmith and they sent someone right away. I was so happy to see him because i know that with his help everything was going to be okay. He got the bathroom door opened right away and I was so happy to that he did such a fast job. Thank you so much Pittsburgh # 1Locksmith. Without your help I would be so scared and frighten!!

Thanks. My 6 year old daughter was playing house with my set of keys. As the night went on, she didnt give my keys back, so finally she showed me what happened. It was stuck in my son's bedroom lock. I tried pulling it out, but it was jammed in there pretty hard. it's amazing how little kids can get things into places. But that night I called you guys and one of your technicians got here within fifteen minutes and got it out. Thank you so much !

Service was good. I thought overall your service was good. No complaints for me nor were there any complications with the technicians. They came and replaced all the locks and did their job very professionally.
