waiting for part. I just contacted the Parts Dept for a status on a part that was ordered by a tech. I actually talked to two live people. The first put me in touch with a tech that could help me with my tv part. I wasn't sure that the part was going to cure my problem but Tiffany assured me that the problem would be taken care of. I don't like having to wait a full month for my part but talking to TWO live people softens the blow.

Is There Anyone There?. I have tried numerous times to get hold of someone that works in this company for information. It is like trying to contact the dead. Recorded messages are all I get and they say leave name and number and we will call you. Really? When in 10 years? Sears has been around since I was just a kid but their service has really gone downhill. Be prepared to be highly aggravated if you do get to talk to them.
