Cool place to meet up with your buddies to play real video games. The airplane simulator is awesome. I do recommend charging up your card upon arrival with what you intend to spend and sticking to that limit. They make it too easy for you to add credits to the card and then you don't realize how much you've spent until the next day. Good place to hang, though.
Great Value for FUN and FOOD.
I went with friends around 5pm and got the eat and play special.
I had the pepper steak and it was very good. Didn't have any drinks so I can't comment them.
Service was good and the staff was attentive without being around too much.
Place got very busy by the time we were done eating and we went and played games for about an hour.
Go early to avoid a wait but go late to avoid the families.
$ Pricey. This place is great for get-togethers, when you would like to do something different....If you choose to go, be prepared to spend a load of money, especially if you want to enjoy yourself. The drinks, the food & the games all add up to a huge chunk out of your pocket. I will not say not to experience it, just be prepared to spend more than what it's worth.
Super-sized party multiplex for casual diners and serious drinkers who like a joystick with their drumsticks and swizzle sticks..
In Short
This massive entertainment complex lures customers in with its arcade, then keeps them there by way of a spacious eatery serving pizza, pasta, burgers and finger food. Classic games like billiards, skeeball and shuffleboard are balanced by electronic counterpoints such as Ms. Pac-Man, Centipede and virtual-reality simulators that re-create an 18-wheeler ride or a Star Trek voyage. Of the two full bars, one comes with a 20-screen videodome designed for armchair quarterbacks.
Pricy fun. Nice, fun place. A little pricy. though. Not a terrible place for a date.
One of my favorites--.
The ambience is flexible: Calm in the dining room w/ excellent food and cooperative servers who listen to dietary needs. Action and fun in the game rooms afterward.
Like a mini-trip away from the area to relax and catch one's breath.
Dave and B.S.. Where are the big TV's ? There isn't on big screen TV in the whole place. It is the worst place to go. There are six 13" televisions at the bar and this is the best sports bar in Pittsburgh. I don't think so. The best place to go is Rock Bottom and not Dave and B.S. The televisions are at the worst angle also, If I had to stay there for a whole game my neck would be so stiff. Great food, bad TV set up.
D&B Freaks Unite!. Dave and Busters is what geeks like me have been waiting for in Pittsburgh for years. Great food, good fun. What better conbination is there for the wallflowers? One can have lunch or dinner alone or in a group, then go to the MILLION-DOLLAR MIDWAY and get enough tickets to get a PS2 system or game, or just go home with a couple shot glasses. 5 Stars!
expensive. I've only been to D & B 2 times. Way to expensive for me. Especially for an oversized arcade. For a family of 4 and for them all to enjoy themselves, you would need easily $200-250. Too expensive even for an adult let alone a kid.
