Class Act - Very Professional. This is a class act, very professional, prompt, clean cut and they do nice work but... they're really expensive! I had two hours of work done (replacing a crawlspace turnoff, a dripping shower, and a broken line to an outside line. It came to over $500 when it was probably only $150 in parts). They did do a great job of confirming appointments, sending via e-mail a confirmation of service call, and following up but shop around and you can probably find somebody to do the job for less. They did show up within a few hours of setting the appointment and they did give me the quote up front, so it's my own fault for agreeing to the work.

Great. Great experience with this company. Good service and reasonable. Called Gillece last Friday to come check our air conditioner. We tried to start our central air for the first time this year and it didn’t work. Glad we got this done early, now we are good for the year!

Finally a company that lives up to its advertising!. My 10 year old furnace and air conditioner needed to have its annual checkup performed. We have been calling the same man that installed the furnace for regular maintenance every year faithfully. He regretfully informed me this year that due to the tough economy, he had to close his business. He recommended that I call Gillece because they were the only company in town that he knew would deliver the same quality of service that he had always provided. I saw there TV ad saying that they would do the tuneup for 19.95 plus a food donation and took them up on it. I was amazed at their prompt service - the truck pulled up in front of my house at 7:57 for an 8 AM appointment. Just being on time doesn't mean that much if the person that shows up doesn't know what he is doing, but the service technician that showed up was so knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and honest that I signed up for a multiple year service agreement on my furnace and AC. After watching the steps that Gillece went through to make sure they were checking out the furnace and air conditioner thoroughly, it wasn't hard to come to the conclusion that the gentleman that we had been using to perform the maintenance on our furnace had not done an adequate job, as much as we liked him as a person. I am confident in the operation of my furnace and AC now and will call Gillece again next year and every year. BTW the entire cost of a furnace and air conditioner tuneup was only $40 plus a food donation...Awesome!!
