Consumer Alert!!. When Kwiatkowski Plumbing came to our house to check a backed-up floor drain in our basement, they quoted a HUGE price after they put a camera in it. They wanted to start digging right away! They told us it wasn’t something that could be flushed out and needed replaced. I am SO GLAD I called another reputable plumber who was able to fix it at half the cost WITHOUT DIGGING UP my basement!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I called Kwiatkowski. In addition, it appears they are using some kind of service giving them fake good reviews on other review sites!
