Very rude and unprofessional. Eating and touching the medication. No concern for customers with food allergies. The techs talk about inappropriate things and use fowl language while waiting on customers. Store is not handicapped accessible I recommend you change to any other drug store, but Med-Fast ASAP! The other comments on this page are from employees of Med-Fast and should be considered Med-Fast self promoting from with in. If you value integrity or high standards? This is not the place you want to do your business with!
Med-Fast pharmacy has been my pharmacy of choice for years now. I have used both the Baden and Sheffield locations. The people are nice and they are FAST! I have never had to wait for more than 10 minutes to fill my scripts.
The pharmacy is always clean and organized. There must have been a reason they were voted "Best Pharmacy" 4 years in a row. I know I voted for them.
As a previous review said, they recently started a new rewards program, it is GREAT! They give you a card for free and you use it when you pick up your merchandise. Then you accumulate points and when you get so far, they give you CASH back. It is not an In-store credit, but can be used however you wish to use it.
Trust me, give Med-Fast a try! I guarantee you won;t be disappointed.
Amazing Service. I used to go to a local grocery store to get fuel points for my prescriptions. Then i found Med-Fast! It only took 10 minutes to get my prescription and on top of that, they have a great rewards program that allows you to earn cash back, better than the fuel program because I can spend the money on what i want! I will never go to another pharmacy again!!

I am so sorry to have to abandon you, but to many times your pharmacist have screwed up my scripts and my loyalty only goes so far.
You have told my doctor things you weren't sure of and didn't bother to verify.
so now i have to go to the e.r. and use a day or two to get this straight. I did try to phone the owner to help me but Doug never returned my call.

I needed to find a local Pharmacy that delivered durable medical equipment supplies for Security Blue patients & since I have used their other locations before so I thought it was a perfect fit for my Mother & me. Some insurance companies only cover certain meds and items as DME supplies & I really didn't want to deal with a company that wasn't local. Med-Fast was great at handling her diabetes supplies, I called one day and had her supplies the next day. Unfortunately that is where it ends, that same day I also told them she needed medication for a breathing machine. I got their fax number to give to the Doctor (they wouldn't let me fax the Dr scripts to them). It took a couple of days for the Doctors office to get them faxed over, that was 2 weeks ago. I have called them last Tuesday to find out where her meds are and was told they don't know why the meds weren't sent out but they would send them right out & we should receive them the next day. I gave it til Thursday, again no meds, so I call again. I got the same story but from a different person & again they will be delivered the next day (Friday), here it is Tuesday and still no meds.
My Mother needs those breathing medications, it's not like I'm asking for aspirin. Anyone with a history with COPD or really any respiratory condition knows how hard it can be to breathe with out your medication. I feel so helpless and Med-Fast doesn't really seem to care, at least the 3 people I dealt with. When I called today to talk to a manager to try to get this taken care of, I was told she wasn't in yet. So okay when will she be in I ask (reasonable question), don't know soon she says, so I ask if I call back in about 30-45 minutes it would be a good chance she would be in by then. Her exact answer was "I don't know if you will be able to talk to her then or not, just give me your number and I'll have her call you". So I wait and as I wait I am calling Security Blue to get another DME supplier.
