I have been seeing Bonnie for years for numerous laser treatments. She is very kind, friendly, and always makes me feel like her only patient of the day while at my appointment. The front office is knowledgable as well and always welcomes me with a friendly smile.
Toni is wonderful! I have been seeing Toni in the Wexford office for my laser hair removal treatments and I am so happy with the results. The new facility is beautiful and the staff is so warm and friendly. I can't wait to try some of the other services they offer.
You will love it!. Thank you to all the staff at Acqua Blu. First class center with highly trained medical providers. I first came to the Plastic Surgery practice to see Doctor Heil for Breast Augmentation. I love my result. He is a kind, knowledgeable, and very detailed. I am now having Laser Genesis on my face and chest. So far, the results are wonderful. My skin feels tight and is glowing. I have to mention the staff were so friendly in the Wexford office. You can tell they love what they do everyday. Thank you so much for everything.
Such a nice friendly place. My husband and I see Dr. Busquets and we just love her. Her care is wonderful and her staff is just as caring as she is. That's important! The girls at the front desk are alway kind, very personable and willing to accomadate. I would highly recommend this office.
Overall a very pleasent and professonal experience!! The staff is very friendly and helpful, including everyone from the girls at the front desk to the providers.. The atmosphere is very relaxing. I have been to Premier/Acqua for a couple different procedures so I have seen different providers at the practice and I can honestly say it is so wonderful to have a clinic that offers everything in one place.

LOVE IT!! My children are patients of James, and I am a pt of Dr. Heil. I couldn't be happier with this practice. James never makes us wait- makes my children comfortable, and Dr. Heil is a perfectionist with my Restylane treatments. The front office is professional and courteous.
After receiving Botox my right eye drooped to nearly halfway shut. It took almost two months to return to normal. I was given a prescription for eye drops, that I had to pay for, and told there was nothing else they could do. I asked for a refund or credit of my $500 and was told no because it is a possible side effect of Botox. I called up at least 5 times to talk to the manager and in the end got no results and her manager never called me back. I am amazed at the poor customer service at this supposedly "high end" clinic. If you decide to use this clinic you had better cross your fingers that nothing goes wrong because they are not going to fix it. With so many GOOD clinics out there I suggest you go somewhere else.
Fine if you are ok with only working with the PA. I had an appointment with him that went very well. Had a follow up appointment with the Dr, but she apparently didn't find it necessary to show her face and just sent the PA in again. I had a small derm punch done on my face, by the PA. The stitches appeared to be falling out the evening of the procedure. I called the answering service that evening, no one ever called me back. I called back on Saturday, they told me that was "normal". The stitches were completely out by Sunday...they were supposed to be in until Thursday. I called to cancel my appointment to have my stitches removed and the receptionist was very concerned about the lack of communication I had received and that she wanted someone to call me to make this right. That was about 4 weeks ago. LOL Total Joke.
DON'T DO IT. I went to Acqua Blu for botox and restalyne. I developed a pocket of fluid under my eye that wouldn't go away. I went back after 2 weeks and was told to massage the area. A month later I asked to see someone about the side effect and was told I would have to shell out a few more hundred dollars for the consult. Since it was a side effect of THEIR treatment, I asked to speak with the manager. I was told she would call me back the next day. She never called. Let me caution you. This is drive through treatment. If it goes well, lucky you! If it doesn't, THEY DON'T CARE. They took my money without a problem though, over $800. Go somewhere else!
