Good but not great. My experiences at 1311 are mostly dependent on their specials. For Steelers games they're mediocre with a minimal blah buffet and specials on nothing but Coors Light. The crowd followed suit with a blah attitude - no waving towels at this bar.

However, college night is a completely different scene - $1 blue moons on Tuesday nights draws quite the crowd at 1311 and makes for great people watching while getting drunk.

They also have a very extensive selection of beer - for a price. Overall, they have a nice atmosphere, but nothing I'll go out of my way for on days they don't have a great special.
