A Phenomonal Company That Really Cares

My main function for my living is buying, building and fixing homes for resale. I recently came across TrueClose Financial Service. They are wonderful. Take this from a person who has been involved with construction funding draws, builders, zoning, commercial and residential real estate to date on 156 transactions in the past 25 years, nobody has made my life easier than this company. n all honesty, you truly "expect" one screw up from a title company on construction loans, it is almost a given. Not here. They truly belw me away with prompt service and knowledge of product! Impressive!!! Definitely use these people. Residential must be a true breeze or piece of cake for them!

• Pros: Amazing Fast Service, Fast Disbursements, Wired Builder Funds at No Cost, Low Fees
• Cons: None that I am aware of.
