DOWN TO EARTH !. This salon is fabulous!!! From the enviornment to the staff and the stylists! They even hae a fireplace in and offer tea or coffe! It's lovely :)

Alexa's Salon on Grandview - Stephanie. I went to Alexa's Salon On Grandview because I had heard about a good hair Stylist named Dana.

I called and scheduled a hair cut with Dana. When I got there all the people were very nice and welcoming but I had been passed on to another stylist named Stephanie. I hadn't heard anything about her but didn't want to offend her by re-asking for the other stylist. That was a bad choice.

The hair cut I received was just alright (actually the hair on the left is a bit longer than the right) but what really upset me is that Stephanie didn't listen to me when I told her that I wanted to keep my hair long. ...It's hard for me to grow long hair. I said to keep the length and take off a quarter of an inch and no more. She cut more than an inch off of my longest layer and cut the rest of my layers short too. My hair is near my shoulders...

I'm very upset and I will not be going back. Watch this stylist closely if you end up getting her.
