Roto-Rooter Plumbers 3/1/12. I was looking for a plumber in Pittsburgh to do a number of plumbing jobs that were costing a lot of money in wasted water. I called Roto-Rooter and was fortunate enough to have Les #6132 show up. I simply cannot say enough about how nice and helpful Les was. He was extremely knowledgable, explained things clearly, and completed the work efficiently and competently. With respect to Roto-Rooter in general, I was extremely happy to have my call fielded in the evening after most places are closed and then to have Les show up at 8am the next day. I was extremely impressed with the promptness of the service center and quality of service overall. I look forward to working more with Roto-Rooter and Les and would recommend them both very highly to anyone.

I cannot thank your employees enough for all of the services they performed on my plumbing.

I did not realize the extent of damage to my drains. I have been a widow for many years and was forced to deal with all of this on my own. Thanks to your wonderful employee, Greg Leeper, for walking me through this whole process.

Greg explained every step needed to repair my drain problem. He also contacted everyone necessary to complete the job. Because of Greg, I would not hesitate to recommend your company and your employees for such excellent service.

Greg made a trying time a lot less stressful for me and went abpve and beyond the call of duty. I assure you, I am a loyal customer for life. Thank you so much.

Dependable Service. Called for a plumbing service and a gentlman arrived within the time frame that was good for me and performed the work that he thought would solve my problem. He went the extra mile and the problem was solved. I have called Roto Rotor several times in Murrysville and the service has always been great. Thank you, Roto Rooter.

Great service!. I called to schedule an appointment, they arrived on time to unclog a toilet. The plumber told me the price, he got started with snaking the line. In 10 minutes, he was done. And the price was exactly as he stated at the beginning of the visit.

This is my 7th call to Roto-Rooter of Murrysville, and I'd call them again in a heartbeat.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 01/07/2012. The plumber from the Pittsburgh branch was very professional and friendly. Unclogged a bath tub drain. The drain was installed about 70 years ago. It doesn't drain like a new one due to the age of the pipes, but it drains alot better than it did.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 09/18/2011. I needed a plumber in the Pittsburgh area to fix a leaky toilet. I called Roto-Rooter and had a plumber, Edwin #3070, here the next day, He fixed the leak, suggested some upgrades and was done in an efficient and professional manner. I have used Roto-Rooter in the past and have always been satisfied.

friendly and fast. My Dad had a leaky toilet, callled Roto-rooter and

he came on time and was fast and friendly. I had an appointment and he was done quick so i was not late.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 9/5/11. Had a sewer line plugged and Joe came on a holiday evening quickly to fix the line. Joe's determination to fix a stubborn plugged drain was reassuring. Joe was courteous and cleaned the area he was working in. Joe is an asset to your company.

Unclogged the drain then wanted us to do more.. We needed a plumber on a Sunday and our regular plumbers didn't answer. We were able to get roto-rooter out to our house within a few hours. They unclogged the drain, but they were expensive and told us the drain was not fully unclogged and we needed to have a guy with a camera come the following day. We had the camera guy come who told us our drain was collapsing and we needed to excavate our basement to fix it and it would be $4600! We declined, called our regular plumber who came out on Tuesday and told us the drain was fine. We haven't had any more issues. Glad we got a second opinion!!
