Roto-Rooter Plumbers 08-22-12 I had 2 faucets installed. The plumber from Pittsburgh was efficient,professional and very experience. I would recommend them to any including my mom. Good Job.

Roto-Rooter in the Pittsburgh area really helped us out on a Saturday afternoon when our sewer line backed up into our basement and flooded. They were at our house within the hour and did not charge us extra for a weekend or for a service call. The price seemed a little high but for the convenience of having them come out within an hour of calling them was worth it. They also had a $40 off any service coupon on their website which we were able to use and save a little money! I would definitely recommend them when you need someone quick. The plumbers were also very friendly and professional.

Service was great but the prices were high. Also, I called and left a message for a manager and he never returned my call. I'm not sure if I would recommend Roto Rooter and probably won't use them again.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/20/2012. I had a clogged drain and on a Sunday morning I called Roto-Rooters of Pittsburgh and they said they would send a Plumber between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM. The plumber was at my door at 8:18. How cool is that.

I was very pleased with his service , and his name was Bill , # 268. I'm not sure Im permitted to give his full name but his intials are B. S. but his job performance was A.O.K.

I recommend the Murrysville Roto-Rooter to anyone who has a plumbing problem, they are prompt, polite and professional.

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/15. I needed a plumber in the Pittsburgh area and I called Roto-Rooter. My plumber is Bill and I highly recommend him. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it in an hour or so. Will definitely call back next time.

Roto-Rooter. I walked into my laundry room and saw (eeeek!!) water dripping from several overhead pipes. I got the bucket brigade together and called Roto-Rooter. I spoke to customer service and was told that a technician would arrive between 8:00am and 10:00. And he did! His name was Bill and I believe his number is 268. Several things impressed me about Bill. He spoke very professionally but with kindness and concern to a customer on the phone when he did not know I was within earshot. Then he diagnosed my problem ( a new seal needed on a toilet) quickly and accurately, saving me from all my imaginations regarding plumbing purgatory or absolute doom. It is helpful to know that I can make an appointment and Bill will be the technician. I didn't have time to make any price comparisons so I hope the price was in the ballpark with other companies. But I do know that Bill beat most of the other technicians I have dealt with.

Roto-Rooters Plumbers 5/11/12. We woke to a flooded kitchen on Mothers Day and was expecting company for a cook out at Noon. We called Roto Rooters and they were quick to arrive. The first plumber could not fix the problem, and he sent another plumber that ran the eel and unclogged the drain. Advertised $99 but it ended up costing $257.00. Expensive I thought but he was professional and got the job done with 15 minutes to spare!

Roto-Rooter Plumbers 5/12/12. The Plumber, who serviced my Pittsburgh home, "Bill", was professional and explained everything. Obviously knew what he was doing. The price, however, for a very quick and routine drain unclogging was over the top, laugh out loud, out of the ballpark. Don't know how they can ask for it with a straight face. Would only use again if the situation was very desperate.

Disgusting, Dirty Job. Sunday morning we woke up to a clogged toilet. Nothing we tried worked, so we called Roto-Rooter. What we thought was going to be a quick fix turned out to be more complicated. Our service person Mark was very professional and quite cheerful, considering the disgusting, dirty task ahead. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a price. He, also, kept us informed of his progress and offered helpful tips to prevent the problem from happening again. We are very pleased with Mark and would gladly recommend him to others.

To the rescue!. No hot water on a Saturday afternoon! We called a local plumber in Pittsburgh who couldn't help until Monday. My husband then saw the yellow pages add for Roto-Rooter and called. Edwin came, diagnosed the problem and gave a fair price. He labored and called in Jesse who helped install a new hot water heater. He also told us our water pressure was way too high. We corrected that problem also, preventative maintenance. They worked until 9pm without a peep of complaint due to their 24 hour service. My husband was so impressed by their work ethic, cleanliness, and respectfulness.
