When my car broke down I called AAA for a tow. The tow truck driver was from Walt and Al's and despite the fact that I told both AAA and the tow truck driver to tow it to a different garage, they towed it to Walt and Al's. Of course, I only found this out after Walt and Al's called to tell me that my car was done?! Done?! They never called to give me an estimate or to find out why I had my car towed there in the first place. What kind of operation are they running here?
Pros: None!
Cons: Unprofessional and downright shady business practices
