HORRENDOUS. Worst customer service, false promises, and clueless people that do not see any problem with waiting until last minute to fix their own ordering problems. Only come here if you want an epic fail.

Not the best experience. If you're a plus-sized bride, forget about this place. There is very little in the way of samples for large brides to try on. It's humiliating to have to stand in the dressing room looking at a size 8 being held up to your Rubenesque body while your entourage is sitting outside waiting to see you in a dress... ANY dress. The sales consultant was not very helpful and rather lackluster. I told her that I wanted ball gowns and a-lines and no mermaids. Yet, mermaids were pulled. There was no help or guidance as I and my daughter wandered through the stock pulling gowns. I finally found some plus-sized dresses and did find two that I liked but, again, customer service was lacking. The other sales women were too concerned with finding a lost earring to help their colleague find a gown for me.

Horrible! Well..... Not so much. i just left there and was in tears. My bridesmaid dress did not fit and they told me over the phone that they would do whatever it took to make it fit but refused to help me beyond the use of extra fabric. Unorganized, rude, and I will never recommend these people. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION, and DOWNRIGHT HORRIBLE experience!! Stay Away!!

The owner actually called me and was so sorry for what happned on this day that they are going above and beyond to make sure that the dress will be ready by the wedding date! I am soo excited and grateful to Exquisite Bride for helping to make my best friends wedding a success.

Awesome Bridal Store!. I am getting married in 2 wks and my experience for the past year and a half with the Murrysville store has been incredible! In particular, my consultant Mateya Vesely was absolutely fabulous and extremely knowledgable and professional from day one! I could not be more pleased with the service she provided me and my entire bridal party! Mateya found me and my bridesmaids the perfect dress right from the beginning -no hassles - her instincts and knwoledge as a bridal consultant are incredible!

As a result of my outstanding experience with Mateya, I will be referring The Exquisite Bride Murrsville store to all of my friends and family. In fact, my circle of 30-something friends who are getting married want an up-scale professional store with very knowledgable and professional consultants and that is exactly what I found in my consultant Mateya Vesely and The Exquiste Bride store. Mateya has gone out of her way to make sure my day is perfect and I just can't Thank her enough!

Best Experience by Far!. After visiting several bridal boutiques, I came across Exquiste Bride in Murrysville and was surprised by the warmth I was welcomed with the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted at the front desk by some wonderful consultants who were all very willing to help me. The consultants were very helpful and knew their inventory. They not only let me look around at all the dresses, they also brought in dresses they thought would be perfect for me. Since my wedding is coming up very soon, I ended up buying a dress right off the floor which was in really great shape. They even gave me a discount towards my alterations. They got me an appointment with the seamstress right away and she was very flexible with my busy schedule and did excellent work. I picked up my dress today. YAYY I CANT WAIT TO WEAR IT! I would highly recommend this store, the consultants, and the seamstresses.

As they say, save the best for last! But I have to recommend to all other brides to stop here first to save yourself headaches and tears.

Less than impressed. I unfortunately bought my wedding dress here. The customer service was great while shopping for my dress. Once the dress was paid for the customer service went out the window.

Making an appointment with the seamstress is a nightmare. She is great, but the space is so tiny and they totally overbook. There is a great lack in the communication between the seemstress and the sales people. When buying the dress they marked a request I made regarding my alterations on "my card" and 2 months before the wedding it became apparent that the request made never came to be. Also every time I went there (which was about 6 times total due to the mix up) someone was always frantically looking for someones dress, like they misplaced it.

There is one thing that these employees have to remember: You are assisting someone who is preparing for the what is said to be the most important day of their life. You are in the business to bend over backwards for your customers. I understand being busy and stressed out at work but if you are not interested in treating your customers in this way than you shouldn't work there.

I really dont recommend buying your dress here.

Unorganized. I LUCKILY did not get my wedding dress here. I couldn't imagine working with this place with my own gown like I have with the bridesmaids and flower girls. Many complaints--

1. I had a SCHEDULED appt to get some of my bridesmaids fitted. There was no one assisting us and we had a 5yr old with us. They were assisting walk-ins while we waited for a 1/2 hour. When we complained their excuse was "we have high school kids working for us". That is no excuse.

2. They measured one of my bridesmaids in the middle of the lobby on a busy Saturday. Proper thing to do would be to goto a dressing room.

3. We ordered the flower girl dress in Feb. I went in June to ask the status. They brought down the WRONG flower girl dress with my name and someone else's name on it. THEY NEVER ORDERED IT!!!!!!

I am a hometown Murrysville person and am all about promoting buisness in town, and I highly recommend you take your buisness else where.

Friendly with good customer service. I visited several places looking for "the dress" and found the Exquisite Bride to be a very comfortable bridal shop with great customer service. No pressure to make a decision and the staff was very knowledgable about the dresses and was very helpful with suggestions.
