I came across Fitness Factory 2 when driving down Ardmore Boulevard. I was very impressed when I walked in at the spaciousness and cleanliness of the facilty, both of which are important to me. I was a bit intimidated on my first visit to try out the gym until I found out that they offer practically free personal training. The employee of the gym walked me around and showed me how to use the machines and she told me about this wellness program they have with the personal trainers. I have been on this wellness program for 3 weeks now and have begun to see results. I am very happy with this gym and I hope to be a long-time member.
Pros: Personal Training, clean, parking lot

Cool gym, cool people that work out there and cool staff. A good gym with a lot of machines and treadmills.
