Long Time Customer - Now unhappy customer.
I have been going to Nails&Co for about 8 years. I'm paying for it, so I think I have a right to expect quality as this isn't one of those places that charges $10 for a fill.
I went today for my fill and pedi. The acrylic had started to separate from the nail on one finger and I had some junk stuck between that I couldn't get out with out making it worse. I brought this up when the nails were getting prepped for the acrylic and was told not to worry. Low and behold, the nail and acrylic are one again, but the junk is still there. As normal, I inspected the work, indicated I wasn't happy, but instead of offering to to fix it, I was told that I was being too picky and that there were plenty of other salons to go to and it makes him not feel good about his work.
I wouldn't have gone to them for 8 years if the work wasn't good, but he's gotten sloppy recently and apparently now I'm being to picky about something I pay for. Time to go elsewhere where I can be treated with respect!!!!!
