At Monro Muffler Brake & Service , I have been asked $900.00 for the repair of the brakes of my car. I refused & received the same service by Meineke for $500.00 (+ lifetime warranty on the parts).

I agree with the previous reviewer, Ken treats customers like morons!!!!!!! They are very overpriced but make sure you check their web site for coupons no matter which one you go to and they accept competitor's coupons. THEY CHARGED ME FOR A NEW MUFFLER FOR MY SATURN WHEN MY CURRENT ONE WAS UNDER WARRANTY BECAUSE THEY SAID THEY ARE NOW MAKING THEM WITH AN ATTACHED MIDPIPE! NOW IT IS 7 MONTHS LATER AND I AM HAVING EXHAUST LEAK PROBLEMS!!!!!!!!! HOW MUCH WILL THEY CHARGE ME THIS TIME!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TRY A DIFFERENT LOCATION OR GO TO MEINEKE INSTEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!
