Just visited for the first time! Loved it! Located downtown and so convenient. Kim is awesome and I'll guarantee you wont walk away disappointed. As a first time customer, I am now calling myself a "regular".

Exceptional. Would highly recommend. I've been going to Lori for years for facials, waxes, etc. The spa atmosphere is relaxing and unpretentious and the quality of the service is unmatched. Lori's sparkling humor and engaging personality makes getting hair ripped from your face a fun experience! In the end...you look fabulous!

Would definitely recommend. I've been going to Alta Villa for several years now. Krissi gives me great cut. The atmosphere is not pretentious—which I love—and everyone who works there is nice.

Very curtious people. I enjoyed the hair stylish Kris. She was so informative on my hair that I had been having issues with for years that she help me finally solve. Now I'm going back to get my hair styled for graduation by her. I'm excited!

Alta Villa has good people!. I go to Alta Villa for brow waxing/tinting and hair cut/color. Tina is very accomodating and listens to customer needs. Lori is absolutely the best with brow waxing and tinting and her customer services is extraordinary! I have followed her from other salons and haven't experienced anyone better. Sarah is very talented with hair and also very sweet! The atmosphere is quiet and relaxing. Although the salon does not always have on hand products I want, they have been helpful in trying to find them.

The best kept secret in the city!. Alta Villa is one of the best day spa experiences in the city. They offer everything from hair to nails to waxing to massage to facials. Great friendly professional service and always accommodating. The staff is amazing and very talented :)

Great Spa & Salon. Alta Villa is a great spa & salon. I like to go on my lunch hour and I can always get the day and time that I need for an appointment. The staff is professional and friendly. I've been a client of Kim for many years, and Kim does an excellent manicure and pedicures. I would definitely recommend this place. Can't wait until my next appointment.

Friendly, Professional and Knowledgable. I have been going to Alta Villa for several years now. The entire staff is always pleasant and professional. I have had many services done by practically the entire staff. I would highly recommend Alta Villa for all your spa needs! I love that Alta Villa is downtown, close to where I work. Kris is en expert when it comes to cutting and styling my thick locks. She knows how to cut and style it, too bad I cannot replicate what she does in the chair. Tina is great at waxing and pedicures. Lori gives one heck of a facial and is also great at waxing. Janice is also a great manicurist. Merita gives a great pedicure too. If it's time for a change, please give Alta Villa a chance, they are worth it!

Great employees. I have been going to alta villa for several years now. Lori is always pleasant and professional. I would never trust anyone else with my waxing. She makes it as painless as possible and is a joy to be around. Kim is also an excellent manicurist! I highly recommend both!!

Wonderful women and service. I just left Alta Villa and I don't know why it has taken me so long to post a review. . . I have been a client for years and thought it was about time to I gave them the rave review they deserve! Tina checked me in, Lori waxed my brows and Sarah cut my hair and all of them did a wonderful job! They are amazing at what they do and are so pleasant, I always feel like I'm in there catching up with friends. I would highly recommend Lori for waxing and facials and Sarah is a wonderful stylist, my haircut always looks and feels great (if only I could learn to style it the way she does)!
