overpriced, watered down, and undercooked. Left feeling hungry after 5 tapas and a flight of wine each. The tapas were smaller than at other tapas restaurants; the scallops were undercooked. $10 cheese plate had two pieces of cheese (2 oz. approximately). Server greeted us with "Hey dudes, what's up" (too informal, we were not wearing tshirts). Most of the wine tasted watered down. All in all, not worth the money or time.

If you are looking for a restaurant. Skip Ibiza.. If you're like me... I read reviews and ratings to find good restaurants based on people's experience. There are tons of restaurants in Pittsburgh. I'm telling you to skip Ibiza. The service was poor and it's not worth risking. Move on to another place that deserves your money. Once you've tried every where else, then give Ibizia a try.

Great food, good service.. Ibiza isn't a place you should go starving...remember, tapas. Think "medium hungry." The flavors, particularly of their specials are phenomenal and unique --- the sauteed lamb chops with wasabi are incredible. Incredible. My girlfriends and I have always had great luck with their wine selection too. As with any restaurant, if you're polite to the servers, not only will they treat you better, but they'll recommend their honest favorites. The price tag is not unreasonable. Two girls, four tapas, and a nice bottle of wine...under 100. It's a little on the stuffy side, but the pretentious atmosphere floats away if you sit outside. If you're looking for a different dining experience, it's a great place to try.

Great service and sophisticated atmosphere. My first trip to Ibiza was by chance as a group of friends and I thought the place looked welcoming and interesting. With further experience, I can say it is all that and much more. The service has been knowledgeable and entertaining during each of my visits. The patio is romantic, especially with the candlelit walls and the sound of the waterfall in the back. The tapas have tasted great, whether they were ordinary ham fritters or mussels, or more unusual (I've had alligator and antelope!) There's great tasting food & wine for every persuasion. Very satisfied - this place should not be missed!

Great night ambience. After strolling around South Side around 10 pm for a while looking for a relaxing lounge we stumbled upon Ibiza. It was much more than expected. The Sangria was excellent and the food was great as well. We had everything from alligator to cheese plates to opera cake. What topped it all of was our waiter David who entertained us throughout the evening and even gave us Sangria on the House!! Definitely worth the trip.
