WARNING. Do not give Chico or this company a penny. You might as well throw your money away. He totally screwed up a carpet job. months of aggravation, missed work to handle, sloppy installation. I cannot stress enough to not use this company. He is dishonest and incompetent.

We recently had a party catered. We had just remodeled our home- beautiful hardwood floors throughout the home. The caterer had this beautiful pair of shoes- not so beautiful for my hardwood floors- apparently she had a nail in one of her heels. I had no idea any damage had been done to my beautiful hardwood floors until after the party. The dining room, and kitchen floors were filled with little dents from the nail in here heel. I was ill! I called Perfect Flooring and they immediately came to access the damage. Needless to say we scheduled to have the floors repaired and they were restored to new. The company did a fantastic job.

I have had the pleasure of working with Chico Kadosh and the friendly professionals at Perfect Flooring of Pittsburgh for several years. I am truly happy with their service, selection and have found their prices to be most affordable. Their quality is super! Both the carpeting and hardwoods are top of the line at prices I was amazed by.

Estimates are done almost immediately - and believe it or not! - Service promised is done exactly when it was expected. I was most impressed.

Since meeting Mr. Kadosh and his team, I have referred many friends and staff members to Perfect Flooring. Their reaction to his service has been just as positive.

Perfect Flooring is incredibly responsive. They come right away to assess the job and work tirelessly until the job is finished. I had floors refinished in two small rooms crammed with furniture. They managed all the moving of the furniture, refinished the floors quickly (and cleanly!) and put everything back together again so that our disruption was minimal. You can always rely on Chico to respond, because he seems to be working 24/7! LBS

Chico did a fantastic job. I got all my floors refinished and new wood flooring put in to the hallway and kitchen - he did it all which was great because usually you have to have one company refinish and another put in the new floor. Since his guys did tyhe whole job they were able to get the color of the floors to match perfectly. I was so happy with the job, I had Chico redo my kitchen - granite countertops, tile backsplash, and new sink and faucet - it came out better than I could imagine. Chico knows all the best local places so he was able to get me great discounts on everything - it eneded up costing me half of what they would have charged me at Home Depot!

refinish hardwood floors. We used Chico to refinish hardwood floors and replace a kitchen floor. He did an excellent job on all the rooms. he did everything he promised and also had his man come back to make sure everything was done properly. I would use him again in the future

Unprofessional and Crude. Horrible experience. By far the most unprofessional and untrained contractors I have ever encountered. My house is a mess, the floors are horrid, and they broke and ruined many other items in my home. Debating on taking them to small claims court.

Very Unsatisfied. Very poor experience with this company in late September 2011. Was clear, in conversation with the workers, that the company rents the refinishing equipment and subcontracts employees. Salesman Chris promised hands-on supervision but was never seen at the worksite once. Never even called the night before the work was to start in order to confirm anything. I called him, and I received a brief text message in response. Chris didn't follow up on anything he promised. In the middle of the job, the workers stopped showing up---they literally abandoned the work. My husband called the main number. Explained that he had concerns about Chris. Secretary immediately responded, "Yeah, he's done some slimey things lately. We don't know how much longer he's going to be with the company." Lovely. My husband was transferred to Chico. He promised to look into the matter and return a call to my husband within 10 minutes. We never heard from him again. Period. My husband made two further calls, and Chico was never available, nor did he return the calls. We are contemplating a small claims action at this point. I would never use this company again. It's clear from the reviews that service is very hit-or-miss. I don't think this is a reputable company or even a substantial company that owns equipment/has regular employees and has the capability to stand by it's work. In retrospect, for instance, I would ask for insurance information, in case the subcontracted employees create substantial damage in your home. If you want a cut-rate experience that could easily go bad, then take your chances with this company, I guess. If you are looking for a legitimate refinishing company (as I was) then I would never use this company. The outcome is too und=certain.

Liar, thief.. I hired Chico to refinish my floors. The deal was that it had to be done before I moved into my house.

He asked for half up front, half at completion. Charged me, sent a crew to my house, then had them leave....didn't finish the job when he was supposed to. In fact, didn't finish it at all. He pulled his crew to go to a job that would get them more money, leaving me and my family screwed and moving into a house covered in saw dust.

On top of that, he charged the rest of the money, without my consent...and still has not completed the job. Every time I call he spews more lies "I refunded you the money," "i'll do the job this day," and he NEVER follows through. I am going to the magistrate to sue him. Had to hire other workers to do the job.

DO NOT TRUST THIS MAN OR HIS COMPANY WITH YOUR HARD-EARNED MONEY. He will tell you lies every time you speak to him, and you will be left with unfinished work.

Chico underbids then doesn't do the work. Chico doesn't know how to estimate jobs or bid contracts. He will promise you the world, even put it in writing in the contract and then not follow through. He worked on one wood flooring job, which still isn't done even though it's been 7 weeks since they left. The bathroom job never got done and he took my half of money for it too. He says it will be tomorrow, then the next day, then next week -- 5 weeks later and nothing. He says he went over budget on the wood job. Don't let this man in your house, hire a professional.
