LOVE IT

I am a student living in Roosevelt Arms Apartments and I LOVE it. My apartment is beautiful, new bathroom and kitchen, and freshly painted. When I was looking for an apartment I found a LOT of places, after visiting them I found EVERY SINGLE ONE more expensive and DIRTY!! I was SO happy the day I got my keys to my apartment. There is a guard that sits in the lobby 24/7 which is comforting. The rent is VERY affordable but the apartments don't suffer because of it.

• Pros: Guard at front door, clean and newly remodeled apartments, GREAT VIEW
• Cons: ....ive been here a month so far and can't think of one bad thing!!!
