Consider other tanning salons in Oakland before this one....
Front desk clerks mean well, but the manager is uninvolved and difficult for even his employees to get hold of. A friend recently purchased a package and a computer glitch said there were no sessions left when the customer had not used them yet. Customer was unable to directly get in contact with manager, but clerk eventually did relay situation to manager. Manager told clerk to call customer to say there was nothing he could do about it and has been ignoring the request for refund. Very poor business procedures and did not even have the integrity to call the customer himself. They will be losing a number of customers over this.
