Really good ... Imaginative cards .... This place is always busy, you have to make an appointment and be patient with custom work.

The staff is very friendly, creative and always give personal attention.

I purchased my engagement invitations from this store. You get what you pay for, they have best designs and unlimited choices.

Creative and Patient. I spoke to several friends before going to the store and they said the same thing: This place is busy for a reason. The girls know their stuff. They're fun and creative and they try to accommodate everyone. Plan ahead: I waited until the last minute to order, but the owner worked with me to get the invitations finished in due order. I was even more impressed when, during one of our meetings, a true bridezilla came in and demanded a meeting. You've seen the show: this was the real McCoy. The owner was amazingly patient (I would have slapped the girl; can't understand why her mother didn't!). My invitations, programs, menus, and favors turned out just lovely, and I can't wait until my sister gets started on her wedding so I can introduce her to this store!

Unprofessional, rude service.. I purchased my wedding invitations from this store. They did not finish my invitations by the agreed upon time, they messed up parts of my invitation, and they were HORRIBLE to deal with. They would argue with me everyday. And, instead of acknowledging their mistakes (going back on their word, not completing jobs as discussed in meetings,) they would try to put the blame on me, the customer. The arrogance of the owner and ignorance of the manager was distasteful to say the least. I would be mortified if I was a business owner who treated my customers the way she treated me after I spent thousands of dollars at her store. I did not go with them for my placecards, programs, or table numbers, which I had originally planned to do. I would not recommend them.

And, I know someone who is working with them now that is having the same issues.

Do not waste your time or money!. My experience with this company has been awful. The customer service is terrible. I was charged a design fee and never received anything for it. All I did was sit down for the first meeting with the owner - and never received a proof, return email, or phone call afterwards.

Truly Amazing. This was the only invitation store I went to when looking for wedding invitations and the only store I will ever go to again when I need invitations, stationery, etc. The two women that run the custom invitations were literally beyond helpful, accomodating, and creative. We really actually had a FUN time working with them and they really spent so much time with us. Well and the biggest plus were the phenomenal custom invitations that we had for our wedding that reflected our special day.

Beautiful invitations!. I saw one of the invitations she made for a wedding and they were absolutely gorgeous! The most creative and beatuiful invitation I have ever seen.

Great design for unique invitations!. Barb is really creative when it comes to wedding invitations!!! I had so many compliments on mine... I loved them. She was easy to work with and accommodating. You'll pay more for a custom invite, but I think it's worth it. She's a busy gal, so you need to be patient! You won't be disappointed.
