Great gym! Great and quick workout!. A fantastic 30 minute workout. Would spend over 2 hours in a regular gym to get the same workout as I do here at Cuts Fitness. The staff is helpful, professional and friendly. Clean environment. A gym for the regular guy - no intimidation factor. Great equipment. Because it's circuit training, you are constantly moving from machine to machine and cannot get bored. It's worth checking out and they'll let you do it for free for a while too.
