Good experience. I was very pleased with my experience. The store is brand new and modern, definitely not a typical bike shop. The salesperson, I think Steve, went out of his way to explain everything and fit me. I bought a beautiful Cannondale. As a first time road bike purchaser I needed extra guidance and assistance. I will definitely go back to purchase accessories from them when they get more in stock.

They had no concern about my sale.. Why are all the local bike shops such snobs? Purchased a bike they had on the floor on Wednesday because the salesman said that it was the last one in that color anywehere..

I ordered some adjustment to be made, so the salesman told me it would be a few days until parts came in.

I called on Saturday to see if the bike was ready, but it wasn't.

He called the following Monday and told me that he had good news and bad news. The good news was that the bike was ready. The bad news was that he sold my bike on Saturday and the new bike was a different color.

Nobody ever called me to tell me that they sold mine, or that the color had changed prior to doing the work on the bike. They just assumed I would take it despite not being what I paid for.

Very dissappointing.
