Exceptional Service and Care. "I would like to take the opportunity to commend David Simon for his exceptional service and care in assisting my wife and me in securing our new mortgage. His responsiveness at all hours and willingness to answer tough questions we had made the process easy even though we were looking at a house in the State College area over 2 and a half hours away from his office. To our delight, David cared enough about making sure that our closing date went smoothly that he travelled up to the area and talked us through all the needed steps.
