salonreviewpgh - You should do a better job of covering your tracks when posting a bogus review. It took me about 10 minutes of research to find that you're another hair salon right down the street from Craig Allen Salon.

Looks like your salon must be doing pretty well since you have so much free time to bash other salons in the area.

Poor waxing and expensive hair cut. When performing an eyebrow wax the girl removed 50% of the customer's eyebrow. They did not charge the customer, but didn't offer to fix it or provide materials to fix the error. Show very little customer service.

50$ for a hair trim which is very expensive.

Top Salon in Sewickley, perhaps PGH. Highly recommended!! In a town with many quality salons from which to choose, Craig Allen's Salon is the top choice.

Staff are personable and good-natured.

Craig, himself, is talented, attentive and charming. Makes each client feel and look like a supermodel.

Salon is tranquil and relaxing even while very busy.

If you don't live in the area, it is worth your while to make the trip.

It's a 20- 30 min drive from Shadyside when not rush hour. (I notice lots of clients of Shadyside salons complain about parking.) No parking problems here; lots of cheap available parking. After your spa visit with Craig and company, spend some time in Sewickley Village. You will love your hair and have a great shopping day.
