Terrible and Rude Cleaning Service - Stay Away!. I am pretty laid back and reasonable with cleaning services -- I don't expect perfection. But this service didn't perform as advertised...was a real joke. I used the service out of Bridgeville. Believe me, it's smoke and mirrors... what they say and what they do are very different. They didn't want to empty the trash, left 6 inches of dirty water in my tub, about 1/2 of the area was actually dusted, the kitchen was supposed to be a "focus area" and had finger prints left on the applicances, crumbs on the counters and the floor was dirty under the rug. They left the trash (in large bags) outside in front of my door so I could be greeted with that when I got home!! I"m sure my neighbors appreciated having that sight all day. They lied about what cleaning they did. The cleaners, when they arrived, actually made fun of their boss and joked about him. I don't get it. But for the money they charge, this is very unacceptable. Visiting nurses and other professionals charge less for doing life management work. These folks need to recognize that they are providing a service and we pay good money for it... they act like they're doing us a favor. I was so disgusted and irritated that I was treated this way. Please run from this company -- it's mismanaged and a waste of money.

The Cleaning Authority. This is in follow up to a negative posting for Cleaning Authority. Please disregard, this posting was an error. We are very happy with Cleaning Authority. They do a very thorogh job and are prompt and reliable and I would recommend this company for cleaning services.
