I visited 4 bridal shops in the Pittsburgh area... This was by far the best for quality, cleanliness and service. They have a great selection of dresses. The staff was attentive and helpful... not to mention professional.

In addition to helping to select dresses to try on, Becky took the time to discuss the details of each dress I tried on giving her an idea of what I was looking for.

I left with the dress of my dreams... and have never felt so beautiful!!

MOST BEAUTIFUL DRESSES AND GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE TRI-STATE AREA. I have three daughters and we have shopped at One Enchanted Evening for the last eight years. Homecoming Dresses, Winter Formals, Sadie Hawkins and Prom. My youngest daughter is a junior and we were just at One Enchanted Evening this past weekend. They have a great selection. We have also been to a lot of other prom shops in the area but they do not have the quality and the number of dresses that they have. These other shops do not keep their gowns in plastic bags and the gowns are snagged and dirty. The staff has told me and my daughters that they have the widest selection of Jovani, Sherri Hill and La Femme dresses in the area and I have to say it is true. It does get extremely busy here on the weekends and the girls who work their try their best to be fair to everyone using a ring system so that all the girls get into the dressing room in a timely manner. We have been to other stores where they are very disorganized and one girl or several girls camp-out in a dressing room all day not letting anyone else try -on. Let me say that I read one of the recent reviews posted on this site and we have never had a problem with customer service. The girls that work there have bent over backwards - finding all of my daughers the most unique and beautiful gowns I have ever seen as well as shoes and accessories. I would say to anyone if you feel your daughter needs personal one-on-one attention because she is self-conscious go to One Enchanted Evening during the day or evening on a weekday as it is not as busy and the staff is able to work with you.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!!! My daughter and some friends went to enchanted evening this past weekend to look for prom dresses. We had heard they have a great selection to choose from. Indeed the selection was very large- but I WOULD NEVER GIVE THEM A DIME OF MY MONEY! The owner and a few of her sales associates were present and NONE of them thought it was important to be polite let alone helpful. We were greeted by a girl at the front desk that handed us rings. We had never been there before so we were unsure what to do with these shower hooks they call rings. The concept was admirable- but an explanation that we were ring the proper dresses and then have an associate take them to the back fitting area would have been nice. There was also a system to sizes, designers, etc that we were left to figure out on our own. Once we did ring the dresses we were interested in, the sales associate that assisted my daughter was down right rude!! The moms are not permitted in the dressing area and I can see that the management would have concerns with moms breaking zippers, damaging dresses, etc. But my daughter waited 10 minutes standing in a dress that she needed assistance getting zipped properly- then the owner herself walked into assist my daughter, attempted to pull a zipper up, threw her hands up and said the dress is too small it doesn't fit. A younger(and may I add the one of the few nice sales associate) said to my daughter that her dress would definitely zip and helped her. But she wasn't our sales associate. My daughter came out and felt a little discouraged. My daughter is no way over weight. SHe is very muscular and a size 8 versus a 2 and felt as if the owner was telling her she was overweight by the way she was spoken to. I asked another sales associate if there was anyway I could help my daughter then next time and I was told absolutely not- very rudely may I add. Many of the other moms standing around me and a dad that was there as well were commenting on how ignorant all but 2 of the girls working there were. Many were talking about going back to Babettes in Bridgeville because of the excellent customer service they had received there. We had a dress that was too large and asked the sales associate if there was a different size in the store and I was very curtly told no. The lady standing next to me even commented, " She could easily said, No Im sorry" or "let me help you find something else that you may like". My daughter had a dress on that she did like and we actually had to ask the very rude sales associate if there were any shoes we could try on with it and she rolled her eyes at us!! I was getting ready to spend at least 700 plus$ in your store and you're going to roll your eyes at me?? Seriously?? Lastly, the owner herself was complaining about the kids trying dresses on and leaving shoes in the dressing rooms, etc- out on the dressing room floor where every one could hear. The dresses are pricey which I would care at all about if we were treated with respect! The alterations were outrageous compared to the other boutiques we have been to! And the customer service was downright AWFUL! I have been in management and run a business for a long time and my philosophy is always treat the customer with respect. We are very friendly, kind people and I was appalled at the way we were treated!!!

I had a fantastic experience at One Enchanted Evening. I went in to shop for my wedding dress. The salesperson (I am SO sorry I can't remember her name!) really took the time to ask questions about me, my wedding day, and my ideal dress. She did a great job of steering me in the right direction. I never felt rushed, and the whole staff went out of their way to compliment me in my final dress and make me feel special. I found a phenomenal dress that I am incredibly excited to wear! I will definitely be bringing my bridal party back to browse their extensive collection of bridesmaid dresses as well. Thanks so much for everything!

BEST STORE IN THE PROM INDUSTRY!. This store is amazing! They have dresses other stores would only DREAM about having! They are high class gowns that i would like to see my daughter in, but they also have something for everybody! Dresses that are sold out all over the world, OEE has!!!! Its incredible! The girls who work there are nothing but nice and patient and they sure do know their stuff! They are all knowledgeable and know what dress looks great on each individual girl! They are wonderful there and I have been a participating prom shopper here since 2005! I love you guys!

Horrible Customer Service!. I would NOT recommend this boutique when shopping for your formal wear. I have had nothing but attitude from the buyer from the beginning when promised that an alteration would be done within a week and coming home with a sensor still in my daughters dress! The icing on the cake is that I took a Sherri Hill dress I bought there to the dry cleaners and it is completely ruined! When I called the store I was told (by the buyer) that they never recommend dry cleaning on any of their gowns and they will NOT refund me for ANY amount. I explained that the tag inside the dress clearly states that it is cleanable and she said "Oh well! We aren't doing anything! " hung up on me! SAVE YOUR MONEY!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE, YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Customer Service. Customer Service Look it up in the dictionary Enchanted Evening employees/management. If you can't be nice to customers you need to find another business to be in. After how we were treated at your store we went to another bridal store and ended up spending $900 at your competition. They were everything your staff was not- helpful, nice, patient and NEVER rude. If they had negative stars you would receive them from us.

amazing bridal store. My daughter and I went into one enchanting evening to look for a bridal dress. it was wonderful!! We were welcomed by the employees who showed they were truly interested in making our day special. I highly recommend this shop!

Amazing Homecoming Experience!. I am a senior at Pine Richland this year, and i have come to One Enchanted Evening for the last five school dances. i have had an amazing experience every single time. the racks are always full of dresses of all styles. finding dresses in my size isn't always easy, but the sale associates working are there to help. i was there for almost three hours, and i was started to get frustrated finding nothing i loved. one of the girls working, Stephanie, came over and asked me a few questions. within a minute, she had eight dresses for me to try on. i bought the first one she gave me! the selection is wonderful and the girls are so helpful. if you are ever looking for a dress, this is where to go! i can't wait to come back for prom and see what they have to offer!
