Outstanding Service from Sales Presentation to installation. Had seventeen (17) Thermal Industries windows installed. Salesman Joe Plank made the sale followed up my project manager with installation by Cliff. These guys did the job right and on time. Leary at first using the internet but was completely satisfied with the quality and timely work. Cliff is one of a kind. Numerous neighbors were impressed with his non stop work ethics and attention to detail. Use this company with confidence.

Did not show up!. Did not show up for appointment. Did not call. Refused to give estimate without client being present even though they failed show up the first time.
