Bleach in and on stemware, etc.. I received a 20.00 off gift certificate (which I might add had expired) and they still accepted it, so, I thought, this is going to be a great experience. We were seated right at the main window, great seat to people watch. I ordered a Stella Draft and went to drink from the glass and something didn't taste right. I took a drink, and I felt sick and nauseous immediately. There was bleach and bleach cyrstals all over the rim of the glass (I believe they must use bleach pellets or something). It was HORRIBLE. I had my company just sniff the glass, and see what they smelled. OVERWHELMING BLEACH. Thank GOD I'm not allergic to it. We brought it to the attention of the server right away. I mean, this was awful and wouldn't get out of my mouth. I thought, FOR SURE, being "poisoned" by their unclean stemware that they would have at least offered to comp to meal, nope, not even one suggestion of it.

So, we get our salad, which was pretty good. Along came the entree (I had Crab Stuffed Talapia). It was so greasy, that oil was floating on my plate. Look people, I am not hard to please, but this meal was terribly disgusting, and the staff of any reputable fine dining establishment would have offered to comp the meal due to the bleach incident. My friend ordered SEA SCALLOPS. Says so right on the menu. What she got was "BAY SCALLOPS". Huge difference. Just give us what we paid for, not what you THINK the customer will not nofice. Website says parking validated. We got our ticket validated, went to leave the garage and had to pay for half of the parking. Not that we cared, but their website clearly stated, PARKING VALIDATED, not half, not whole, just that it was validated. A line of cars behind us, we had to get out of the car and go back inside to finish paying the parking fee. Just an overall TERRIBLE experience. Did I mention the waitress conveniently forgot to add the "gift certificate" to the final bill? Suprised, I think not!
