If you are looking for a good place to watch the game, Rock Bottom is the place to go. The bar area is fairly large, at least 6 HD huge tv's, 2 pool tables, high ceilings (smoke isn't really a problem), good food and the service is excellent. We recently went to watch a hockey game and they had a special hockey menu with 2 dollar beers! 2 dollars for a microbrewed beer is one heck of a good deal!!!!

Rock Bottom has a friendly vibe and has tables available after many of the other Waterfront restaurants have filled up. Servers are eager to please. The food is fine, if nothing special. Stick to basics, like nachos and hamburgers, wash it down with the (quite decent) beer, and the place does the job well. Just don't expect fine dining. One big upside: the place is quite kid-friendly--crayons available up front--and is just loud enough that the occasional squeal won't bother people at nearby tables.
Pros: Friendly service, good value
Cons: Unremarkable food and ambience
