The decor was unique and had a great attention to detail. This created a great atmosphere. The waitstaff were great and very attentitive. I would like to see them at any resturant that I go to. I love Thai food and eat it alot. I was excited about the Thai fusion menu. We had Tom Kar soup. I usually like this soup, but here it was overpowered by the garlic and not very good. We also had the scallops salad. The scallops didn't smell fresh and the dressing burned your mouth and nothing more. I am a fan of spicy, but this was just hot. Not good food at all. I am willing to pay a high price, but at this resturant's prices, I expect good food. I didn't get it at this resturant and I won't be going back or reccomending it to any friends.
Pros: Exceptional Service and Ambience
Cons: Food was poor at any price,

Always wanted to try this modern looking resturant in the skids of Shadyside. A lovely looking place with good waitstaff. Well the overall experience was disappointing for three reasons - the food was inconsistent in quality (some but not all the dishes were delicious, the soups were innovative and yummy - but the fried rice seemed almost devoid of crab and with a burnt taste, umm, it was really FRIED!), the portions were smallish (we were hungry soon afterward), and it is overly expensive anyway, especially for this cuisine. For these prices one should not walk away in any way disappointed. There are several other Asian reestaurants that we prefer for these reasons.
Pros: Atmosphere, staff
Cons: Portions, inconsistent quality
