Dan showed up last month 2 hours late for the install. Okay, he said he got lost; sh*t happens. I purchased a better wireless router & went through all the settings but can't figure out where to update my new password. I called Dan on his cell phone yesterday at 8:30pm. He said he could walk me through it in a couple of minutes but would call me right back since he was driving. That was 24 hours ago. I have two friends that I gave Dan's information to as a referral. I texted both last night and told them to throw the information away and to not call him. I cannot refer someone so blatantly unreliable. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me.

DO NOT USE HAYDEN. This Guy Dan Hayden came to install my DirecTV and it has never worked since he installed it.I called him to come back 27 times and he has NOT.His wife Dana keeps telling me he will be back out but its be a month and NO DAN HAYDEN.Not only does it not work But He installed my dish on my roof where there was NO STUD So it bangs around all night keeping my Dog awake barking.

I would not use this company for anything STAY AWAY FROM THEM.He is a Monkey

best source for directv or dish. this company has been in business for 12 years and has done over 4000 installs. they guarantee their installs for life for free, which you will find nowhere else. also they don't nickel and dime you, free pole mounts if needed and very knowledgeable sales people.they are right on rt 30 across from jioios.fast turnaround times. if you bought today you could be installed the next day.try them, you'll like them.

Extremely poor install. Dan and a coworker did the install and here are a few points that I hope others can learn from:

1) The Dish was mounted in the yard on a pole which was higher than they orginally told me during the estimate (not a huge deal, but still).

2) The pole install was not anchored in correctly and swivled back and forth. They came back out to fix though.

3) No screws were used to attach the LNB to the dish. I had to fix this.

4) The coax cable was run through the yard and 'over' the land scape edging. Why not run it under so I don't run it over with the lawnmover?

5) No cleanup on the install was performed (wire ties left on ground, no wrap up)

6) No walk through on how to use system. They literraly just left after activating the dish. No account info our anything was given.

7) Signal strength from the 119 satellite is ~25 which is really low. 110 is ok though.

After complaining to Dana, she said Dan would come back out and fix and I would be given a credit of $50 on my account. They said they were doing an install later that day and would put me down as the 'person who refered them'. Pretty sure this is shady.

Bottom line is that the Dish Network equipment and programming is awesome. I still have the alignment issue with the 119 satellite, but I've resolved the other issues on my own. After talking with Dan one time, apparently they didn't have their senor installer avaiable that day, which is why I'm having problems. Thanks for hacking it together anyway Dan!

friendly and thorough information. i spoke to dana in westmoreland mall about the dish service to gather information on deciding which service to acquire . she was very informative and easy to talk too. ill be moving soon to the greensburg area and possibly seeking to acquire service . thanks dana and dan

bad install. Worst experince ever,this company should not be installing dishs.This company put 18 holes in my walls,2 days after the install the dish fell off my roof,We called the company back and they couldnt come for 6 days.We had to call another company to do a new install,I would not recomend them to anyone
