Client rates Matta & Matta #1 in all aspects. BIG THINGS COME IN SMALL PACKAGES!! Thats why we chose Matta & Matta Real Estate! My fiance' and I are current clients of Matta & Matta Real Estate. We could not be happier with the above and beyond service we have received throughout our business relationship. Without Ms. Matta, her agents and her financial dept. we would not be where we are today! I recommend them to everyone and brag of their courteous, professional and upstanding values and customer service. They work FOR YOU!!! No cost to us. We found with the larger agencies that they were more interested about working hard to attain large quantities of clients rather than putting that same hard work into each and every individual client. Quantity vs Quality. Quality always wins!! We love how M&M took a personal interest in our endeavors and helped us along the way without ever making us feel like a number. This is what "REAL" real estate is all about!

From Client to Agent. I have bought and sold with Matta & Matta and had an exceptional experience! I found a great home that I love and had a wonderful sale on my previous home. It couldn't have worked out better! Because of their amazing values and professionalism in service as well as the passion for what they do, I am now an agent for them and looking forward to making people as happy as they made me. I have referred them to several of my friends and family and they have become life customers. We know that what we do in our professional lives impacts our personal lives and the lives of the people we serve. After all without the customer there is not business.

Great customer service!. I have made a living on commission income for the past 19 years. I have a long client list of happy customers. I never treat anyone less than as a good friend or relative. I go over and above the call of duty.

I have one disgruntled buyer that is putting out negative press on me and my company. He decided to buy a house at an open house we sent him to, after he signed a buyer's agency with us. If he was in the right, then why did he pay us commission? Why did he not settle it another way? He is now sore because he paid us. We do not charge junk fees. We do not charge the buyer. Our services are completely FREE. The seller pays our commission. No other company works for FREE for the buyer. We cannot make anyone sign a buyers agency with us if they do not want to. We are upstanding, and moral, reputable and honest in every way.

We are small with a great big service! That you can bank on.

Lazy response. I would not recommend Matta and Matta real estate at all. They did not follow through at all after the first few weeks of helping me look for a home. No call backs or emails after awhile. They treat you like a number and not a customer. Don't sign anything with them. You are better going with a more reputable and national corporation.
