Best fish in town!. This was our first time here but we'll be back for more. They have the best fresh steamed fish in Pittsburgh. We have tried countless other places but this topped our list. Even my 3 year old and a 1.5 year old loved their steamed fish. Highly recommended for fresh fish lovers.

Great Chinese - The Fish is Great. This joint has 2 menus: A typical American-Chinese menu and an an authentic Chinese menu with strange items on it. I've eaten here 5 times, and most of the time it was great. There's more Chinese than American folks eating here, which leads me to believe its authentic. The fish dishes are all great.

Whole Deboned Fish (perch): Made like a bloomin onion with like a honey / pineapple sauce. A+++

Tea Smoked Duck: Very good, but not the biggest serving.

General Tso's Tofu: Very Crispy.

Negatives: Only the managers are fluent in English language. Asking simple questions beyond your order will get very confused looks followed by a bit of chaos. The place is a little crummy looking.

Best chinese in the burgh!!!!!. China Star is definatly a must for those who are tired of the typical american chinese retaurants thsat seem to pop up everywere. No thick sweet syrupy sauces that seem cling to every dish. This is the real thing! A chinese menu that doesnt look like all the other places youve been. Incredibly friendly and hwlpful staff. And the food!!!! Oh my god! The hot fish is incredible and the pork bell shecuan is out of this world! Iam sooo glad to find a chinese restaurant were every thing is general tso's like!

Authentic. In the Pgh area, there aren't too many AUTHENTIC style chinese restaurants. Chopstick Inn offers food close to those find overseas- Highly Recommend! Try their roast duck & FRESH seafood! You won't be disappointed.
