Huge and cheap buffet, great food. Chef Chen's has a huge lunch and dinner buffet offered everyday. They have the basics like general tso's, sweet and sour chicken (best sweet n sour Ive had), etc. but also offer soups and tiny dessert cookies with the buffet. Their menu is huge but so far I have only had the buffet. Judging from that, though, the chefs are skilled and the food is excellent.
