Inside, every possible trick is used to cover defects and shoddy repairs.The company does not respond to complaints for repairs only if something is completely broken down. Then they use the cheapest materials, labor, and methods they can find. There is black mold in the walls, no drain in the floor of the laundry room, cracked walls covered with a thin layer of plaster, etc. I could go on and on. I made a list of damages I found shortly after I moved in, but was ill and could not get the list notarized, which I advise you to do if you just have to move in. Take pictures of everything. These people will try every trick to keep your money and charge you for damages they should be paying for. Charles Yarders is strange acting and uncommunicative. His secretary is loud and obnoxious. I recommend that you stay far away from them and their properties."
