pittsburgh's finest permanent makeup and skincare. I have been going to Rachel for years for my permanent makeup, she truly is THE BEST! I get compliments on my eyebrows, eyeliner, and lips ALL THE TIME, and noone would ever even guess that it is permanent, it looks so natural. I have also had several microdermabrasion treatments there and they are fantastic, and I also just started a series of I-lipo to get rid of my belly. The girls at Cosmetic Solutions really do know how to make you look and feel younger and more beautiful!!!
