I like the Dr. & nurse practitioner, they take their time with each patient and are not quick to write a prescription and move on, but they need to have more time between appointments. They are always behind schedule. I believe we should be informed if the appt. made is going to be with the nurse and not the Dr. himself. I am also very aware that the phones are not turned on in the mornings on time and they are turned off early for lunch break and at the end of the day. Phone calls are not returned in a prompt manner at all. I don't know if this is the fault of the Dr. or his receptionist. She is not organized or professional and her mistakes and embarrassing comments have caused several hardships for my family.
Pros: My entire family is quite comfortable with the Dr.
Cons: staff isn't very friendly

This office has a very nice staff and organized. The Dr. gives me all the time that I need. I don't feel rushed when I am with him. I had to call to ask a question and I got a response within a timley manor.
