Try SONIC.. Myself and my sister went there before Thanksgiving.

BIG mistake.!

The waitresses both stank of booze and cigarettes,

the carpets are dirty all the way through the place and

when I told the Manager she got pissed off at us.

Probably because she was too busy getting

boozed up on wine while sitting in a booth with her customers who looked embarrssed.

The food was ok but very greasey and not very hot.

I will try SONIC before coming back to this place.

It needs staff that care about the customers first.

Bad Staff (Tipsy?). The restaurant location is a Good however a little difficult to get into parking lot when coming from Washington PA. The food is good however service time is a bit time consuming. We had a female served (We think her name was Jen) that was very slow and smelled of cigarettes and alcohol. She messed up our order and when she did get it correct the pasta was very cold and chewy. Our waitress when not outside smoking was behind the bar sneaking drinks from a beer bottle. If the staff would have been a bit better we could honestly recommend this place to our friends at the retirement home community where we live. As for know we will have to settle for a longer drive to get the food we enjoy.

Primo's is Primo!. Primo's is a find! We went there 5/1/10 to hear musician friends perform (guitar legend Tony Janflone, Sr. and blues singer Jessica Lee), and we got a bonus: it's a great Italian restaurant! (It's the former Trotter's, atop the hill on 19 north, just beyond the Racetrack Rd turnoff.) The food is excellent. We tried steak, scallops, eggplant parm. Steak done perfectly. Scallops melt-in-mouth tender. Eggplant stuffed w/ricotta, yum! Bread & dipping oil. Killer mango mousse pie dessert. We were there when they were super-busy, yet service was prompt and food flawless. Very friendly, attentive, veteran waitstaff. The owner is a gem: she brings the personal touch, personally directing the waitstaff, chatting with guests, loves jazz, and freely interacts with the musicians...she has created a really enjoyable Italian place with friendly, casual atmosphere where we are taking family & friends. Primo's is truly primo!

DELICIOUS! Defending our new favorite.. I have just started coming to Primo since it moved to route 19, and I must say it is the best service and food in the Washington area! Since September it has become my family's new favorite restaurant and we try to frequent as much as possible. The portions are huge and the prices are very reasonable. The best dish, hands down, is the lasagna but we have also been very pleased with the crab cakes and the chicken picatta(I've had it twice and tender as can be both times). My 4 year old loves the spaghetti and will eat the marinara plain! The service is always friendly, and we have never waited too long for food. The person who wrote the last review should really give Primo another chance. I'm not an "Entertainment Card" kind of person, and have never needed a coupon to try a new place so maybe I just don't understand. Getting excellent service and an even better meal is something I will always pay full price for.

Will not accept Entertainment coupon as published in 2009 Entertainment Book. I ate at Primos on Jan. 2, 2009. The food was fairly good, but nothing outstanding. I had chicken piccata and the flavor was nice, but the chicken was not as tender as I have come to expect at restaurants. My two companions had the shrimp scampi and baked scallops which they said were very good. The service was above average and the atmosphere was relaxing. The decor was clean and inviting. Most disappointing and aggravating was that the restaurant refused to accept our entertainment card, saying that because they moved from downtown Washington to outside of Washington a few months ago, they choose not to renew their contract with the Entertainment book, AND, we were informed, there was a sign stating this posted on their front door. First, we did not notice the sign because while it was on the front door, it was only about four feet up -- not at eye level. Secondly, the new entertainment book just came out two months ago! They could not have made this decision prior to the printing? Because I found this a poor business decision and inconsiderate of their customers, I will not return. There are many good restaurants in the area, so I am confident I will not miss anything.

right out of the movies. As we entered the building, we were met with aroma's from the kitchen that promised our taste buds of the adventure to come. We were seated quickly by the matrie'D named Chris. He set us up with a wonderful meatball appitizer then name of which escapes me, that melted in our mouths with each biteful as quickly as chocalate on a hot day. The meatballs in sauce tantalized our taste buds, as the yopung gentleman behind the piano did the same with our ears, playing old italian love songs. just before our food was brought out, Mr Dinardo(the owner) joined us at the table and spoke with us, making sure we were enjoying our time. We both had the speghetti(sp) which was delisious, not to mention the complimentry bread and Olive Oil with basalmic vineger. The Atmosphere was right out of an old movie with the Piano, the well dressed owner moving from table to table to greet the patrons and asking about our meals. I would recomond this place to anyone. the food was very good the presentaion was excellent. If you are looking for a REAL Italian Restaurant, and not the fake Olive garden type place, this is the place for you.

Really bizarre experience. My word, the bathroom in this place, a bigger disaster I have never seen. Ambiance o.k., but not enough booths. It didn't lack in humor though - some lady who was apparantly the owner was getting into it with a busboy. I was trying to get my water refilled but this lady wouldn't let the poor kid do his job! Anyway, it really disappointed me. Never again.

Pricier, but good. We really liked the waiter, he was very friendly & personable. The food was quite good here, too. Get a dessert, even if you take it home. It can get noisy, but it's a small place.
