As always my experience at esspa was wonderful, peaceful and energy giving. Even though travel from Mt. Lebanon I feel the extra travel is well worth it, Thank you for your commitment to an extraordinary experience.

Poor choice for Nail Tech. I went to Esspa this past Thursday for a pedicure.The Nail Tech was very impersonable. She spoke only a few words and that was only after I attempted to initiate a conversation. The foot massage was nice and my toenails were painted well. However, I arrived home with the same calluses on my feet that I had prior to my pedicure. When I have a pedicure done that includes callus removal, I don't expect to still have them on my feet when I leave. It also seems to me that if a person is working with the public she should make more of an effort to be a little more friendly. I've had pedicures done at many places and she was by far the most impersonable person I have ever had.

BAD EXPERIENCE FROM THE GET GO. WELL, I WAS GOING TO BUY MY FUTURE WIFE A FACIAL AND I SEARCHED FOR A SALON IN PITTSBURGH AND THEIR NAME CAME UP, SO I CALLED AND THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE LOST MY BUSINESS BIG TIME SHE WAS VERY UNINFORMED AND WAS VERY SHORT AND VERY CONDESENDING TO MY QUESTIONS. I JUST WANTED A GIFT FOR MY FIANCE , AND SHE MADE ME CALL ANOTHER SALON, WHERE THEY TREATED ME AS AN OLD FRIEND, I GIVE THIS SALON A ONE STAR, I WOULD HAVE GIVEN A HALF STAR BUT IT WASNT AVAILABLE., AS I READ MORE OF THE REVIEWS, I THINK THAT THEY SHOULD GET ANOTHER WOMAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE...

The best present.. Dearest ESSpa Kozmetika, You have truly changed my outlook on customer service. Every single person that I met was nothing but nice to me while I was there this past Saturday. I was greeted promptly and cordially as soon as I walked in. I was offered a cool and refreshing drink while I filled out my paperwork. I was escorted personally to the back by the young lady that would do my facial. That room in itself was the most relaxing place that I had ever been. She was very attentive to my needs, making sure at all times that I was comfortable and relaxed. My face afterwards was so smooth and soft. My skin is a little on the sensitive side, and not once did I feel that unknown burning sensation. I was then taken directly to the young lady that would be doing my manicure and pedicure. She was very friendly and talkative while not being overwhelming or pushy for information like some nail technicians can be. She changed the water for me just because it was a little too warm. We went into the pedicure room and she made me feel like I was the most important person in the world, sitting on those comfortable recliners. Again, I left one of your staff feeling like a million dollars. I was then taken to the wonderful massage room. The one that looks like paris, that was simply amazing. The woman has hands of gold. The young lady who did my Min-Facial was very knowledgeable on the subject of her skill plus we had a common bond since my grandparents and in-laws were from Hungary.

Pittsburgh's Best Spa. I have been to several spas around Pittsburgh and Esspa is by far my favorite. first time I visited Esspa was about three years ago. The decor of the spa is unlike any I have experienced-- that in and of itself is worth a visit. The ambiance is very relaxing and exquisite.

The staff is always kind and good about setting up appointments. The estheticians use the best quality products and are very skilled in their field. I have had problems with acne and recently began getting facials and peels with Heather. The results have been AMAZING. She is very knowledgeable about products, treatments and skin. She listens to my concerns and after looking at my skin has given me some of the most EFFECTIVE advice in caring for and improving my skin. It is definitely worth the price. I also recommend their waxes and massages.

I always feel relaxed and refreshed after any treatment at Esspa.

They run specials and packages from time to time so definitely check out their website before booking your appointment.

an unforgettable experience!. Eva and all the staff at ESSpa were amazing. In addition to the wonderful atmosphere, the personal attention i received truly made my visit an unforgettable experience. I felt completely relaxed, every detail of my stay was clearly thought out. I had high expectations and found them passed above and beyond! I will never forget the special time i had at ESSpa!

Simply cannot be compared. I first discovered this spa when I was pregnant with my first child, every mother knows what a toll this can take on your skin and beyond that your self confidence and identity. It seems strange to say that Eva and her care of my skin during this time was one of the brightest spots in my entire pregnancy, but it most certainly was. It may help to know that my husband lived thousands of miles away in another country so I was feeling isolated. I had to move away in my eighth month and I now live in Vancouver, BC, which has lots of spas, but there is no Esspa there is no Eva and there is no comparison.

When I gave birth I swore I would send Eva a thank you and a photo then that was July 2, 2009. When the holidays came I wanted to send a nice note with a picture, which was also 2009. The holidays are approaching again and I am eight months pregnant with my second child and realize I may not have the time to put together a nice package that would arrive in the mail to express my gratitude, so I am settling for now, for this recommendation.

I can guarantee you the first time I am home for a visit to Pittsburgh their phone will be ringing.

The spa, the philosophy but mostly who Eva and her staff are and their skills and intuition simply cannot be replicated. Thanks for everything. - Bec
