Poor Customer Service.
If a restaurant screws up your order, they should either fix it or refund your money. Giannilli's doesn't do either, and they are rude in the process. If you like waiting two hours for a cold pizza and a chopped up head of iceberg lettuce with cheese made so long ago that the cheese is actually hard and shiny, make sure to call this restaurant. And don't bother complaining if your order is wrong...your continued business means nothing to them.
